Flight to Airport Excellence
For the "Flight to Airport Excellence" project, ABC Formation will collaborate with partners such as France Travail and the Cité des Métiers de Roissy-Le Bourget, to provide 150 hours of training in English, coupled with hours of immersion in the company if necessary, and personalized support.
Thanks to an innovative educational approach and solid partnerships, ABC Formation is committed to facilitating the integration of its target audience into airport professions, thus meeting the needs for qualified labor in the Roissy cityside area.
This project aims to integrate people in situations of professional exclusion, particularly women, beneficiaries of minimum social benefits and new arrivals, into airport professions by strengthening their English language skills. It focuses on learning vocabulary and expressions specific to the sector, while offering practical immersion in a company. The aim is to prepare participants for sustainable and global careers, by meeting the specific needs of employers in the Roissy cityside area.

Airport Reception Agent: The main mission of the Airport Reception Agent is to welcome, inform and guide passengers and visitors in an airport environment.
Catering agent: The catering agent is responsible for preparing meal trays for passengers on airline planes. This job requires compliance with a certain number of rules, particularly concerning hygiene.
Baggage handler sorting correspondence: Baggage handlers are primarily responsible for transferring and transhipping passengers' baggage on stopovers from one aircraft to another. To this end, they ensure that the goods present arrive safely.
Passenger escort: The passenger escort is an airport service agent who takes care of people who need close and permanent assistance during a flight. In other words, he is committed to the customer, from the moment he leaves home, once he arrives at the airport and even until he arrives at his destination.
Contenu (Matériel utilisé)
In this training, we work with carefully selected teaching materials tailored to each learner's level, in order to guarantee consistent and appropriate progress.
- Airport technical English: Our teaching materials are centered on real-world situations in the airport sector, with a particular emphasis on professional communication, specific vocabulary, and practical oral and written skills. We adapt the content to the level and professional objectives of each group, combining excerpts from textbooks, authentic resources, and interactive digital tools.
- Passenger reception and assistance: Greetings, directions, managing waiting times and passenger flow, responding to specific requests (lost items, delays, connections, assistance to passengers in difficulty)
- Professional and intercultural language: Polite formulas, handling complaints, idiomatic expressions.
- Security and procedures: Understanding and transmitting instructions, vocabulary of controls.
- Preparation for certification CLOE : Training for oral and written exams, role-playing games, real-life simulations.
- General English: We use targeted extracts from recognized textbooks, combined with online resources, to reinforce vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.

🕒 Training duration
Total duration: 150 hoursentirely in person.
The duration is adapted according to the level and needs of each participant (assessed beforehand).

- Develop fluent and professional communication in English in an airport environment.
- Mastering the vocabulary and key expressions related to reception, security, boarding and services.
- Responding effectively to passenger requests in routine and exceptional situations.
- Preparing for certification CLOE – Professional Englishmandatory at the end of training.

🧭 Training prerequisites
- Level A2 ou B1 , confirmed by a language placement test.
- Interest or career plan in airport or service industry jobs.
