Mobilization towards activity and employment

In 2023, ABC Formation Unissons was mandated by the Val d’Oise Departmental Council to implement the service offer “Mobilization towards activity and employment” intended for RSA beneficiaries.

The action revolves around reinforced support towards employment which takes into account the needs, the obstacles of the people being referred and the expectations of local businesses.

An individualized course is offered enriched by collective workshops to remove peripheral obstacles and promote the socio-professional empowerment of people.

ABC's integration advisors implement action plans to create favorable conditions for the successful professional integration of beneficiaries according to the defined objectives.

Employment objective : support for new job search techniques, CV development, cover letter, applying, following up on applications, developing a recruitment pitch, preparing for the job interview

Training objective : develop a project, develop a skills assessment, identify with a profession, validate the project in company immersion, complete qualifying training, prepare for training
