Valid for life, the Professional French Diploma in the Tourism, Hospitality and Catering sectors assesses the level achieved in written comprehension and expression as well as in oral comprehension and expression through the accomplishment of professional tasks: reservations, customer advice, guided tours.
For who ?
This diploma meets the need for training and certification in professional French for non-French speaking staff in restaurants, hotels, travel agencies, in order to reach a French-speaking clientele or develop in a French-speaking market.
This diploma is aimed at professionals in the hotel, tourism and catering industry whose mission is to welcome customers. For example, receptionists, ground handling agents, travel advisors, tour operators, tour guides, entertainers, waiters and waiters.
