FLE training focused on professional integration — a sequence of achievements culminating in a recognised diploma and digital tool proficiency to promote the inclusion of newcomers.
Training content & objectives
TREMPLIN aims to create a sequence of achievements resulting in a recognised professional diploma and digital proficiency that facilitates the social inclusion and integration of newcomers through work.
The projects build on the CIR (Republican Integration Contract) and are positioned on a central axis of sustainable professional integration of target audiences. The programme uses innovative methods to address difficulties faced by non-reader newcomers who did not reach A1 level at the end of CIR training.
The 3 planned assessments
1. Initial assessment & placement
Determines the trainee's skills on entry. Placement takes various forms: tests, self-assessment questionnaires. Completed by an exploratory interview covering language skills, previous training, professional experience, transferable skills and professional project.
2. Ongoing assessment
Regular assessments throughout the course to track learner progress and adjust teaching accordingly. Measures gaps and adapts the training pathway individually.
3. Final assessment — Diploma
At the end of the pathway, a final assessment is held through a Professional French Diploma (DFP) for in-demand sectors, valid for life, at A1, A2, B1 or B2 CEFR level.

Skills certification improves employment access conditions and boosts integration into the professional environment.
Sustainable integration
A sequence of collective and individual actions to enable a sustainable return to employment or qualifying training.
Digital proficiency
Developing digital skills to facilitate social and professional inclusion in the host society.
Language skills
Acquiring the maximum achievable language level based on the entry level, complementing the CIR — from below A1 up to the target B1 level.
