Trainees must comply with the training hours set by the training centre, communicated via the invitation, timetable, or email from the trainer or pedagogical coordinator.
Trainee Internal Rules
These rules must be read, dated and signed by the trainee before starting the course and must be followed throughout.
The training centre is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00.
A 15-minute break in the morning and a 15-minute break in the afternoon are scheduled during the training day.
Any person not enrolled in a course is prohibited from entering the centre, external work sites and company placements.
Correct and decent attire is required. Signs of religious (veil, cross, etc.), political or other group membership will not be tolerated within the training centre or during company placements.
In particular, the following are prohibited: torn clothing or clothing with slogans inciting hatred, racism or use of illegal substances, headwear (cap, hat, scarf…), miniskirts, shorts, bermudas.
To record attendance, a sign-in sheet must be signed at each half-day session.
- 6.1 — In case of absence, the trainee must notify the course coordinator or the secretariat at least 48 hours in advance and provide justification.
- 6.2 — Any unjustified absence constitutes a fault subject to sanctions and will result in billing to the trainee or their employer.
- 6.3 — For job-seeking trainees remunerated by the state or region, any unjustified absence will result in a proportional salary deduction.
Repeated lateness constitutes a fault subject to sanctions and may result in a day's salary deduction for job-seeking trainees remunerated by the state or region.
Absences due to illness must be justified by a medical certificate indicating the probable duration of incapacity within 48 hours of the start of the absence. Any extension must be reported promptly.
Provocative behaviour, failure to comply with safety obligations, behaviour likely to put pressure on other learners, disrupt teaching activities or disturb order in the establishment are prohibited. Learners must observe rules of courtesy towards each other, staff and visitors.
Learners must refrain from any acts of aggression, violence or excessive affection within the establishment. Any sexual assault will be reported to the judicial authorities.
The use of alcohol or any other drug is prohibited in the centre, workshops, modules or during company placements.
Smoking is prohibited in the training centre and in all classrooms.
- 11.1 — Procedure: A trainee against whom a sanction is being considered will be summoned to an interview. The trainee may be assisted by a person of their choice during the interview and disciplinary council.
- 11.2 — Notification: The sanction is the subject of a written and reasoned decision, notified to the person concerned by registered letter within 15 days of the disciplinary council.
Phone and internet use are exclusively reserved for job searching.
- 12.1 — No external calls will be forwarded to trainees except in urgent and serious cases.
- 12.2 — Mobile phones must be switched off during training hours and out of reach during certification assessments.
Tools, machines and computer systems must only be used for training purposes under trainer supervision.
- 13.1 — Each trainee is personally responsible for the equipment they use or which has been entrusted to them.
- 13.2 — Loss or damage to equipment may be considered a fault and must be reported to management.
Any anomaly, accident or fire must be reported to trainers, the secretariat or management. Fire alarm and safety devices are posted in all rooms for all trainees to know.
Trainees are advised to keep their documents and money on their person and not to leave valuables unattended on the premises. ABC FORMATION accepts no liability in the event of theft.
Compliance with the rules and protocols in force within the training centre to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Trainees' vehicles must be parked in the organisation's designated parking areas, respecting all no-parking and reserved zones.
Under no circumstances may a learner leave the establishment on their own initiative outside scheduled hours. Any departure outside scheduled hours may only be made with the authorisation of the Centre Director or pedagogical coordinator.
The progressive sanctions for non-compliance with articles 1 to 9 are:
- Written summons
- Interview with the Centre Director
- Written warning
- Temporary exclusion
- Permanent exclusion
