The 2026 scheme
In 2026, ABC Formation implements the "Mobilisation towards Activity and Employment" service for RSA recipients in Val-d'Oise. This scheme aims to support people in building or consolidating their professional project, removing barriers to integration and promoting a sustainable return to employment or training.
The support offered is based on an individualised pathway, combining personalised interviews, group workshops, remobilisation actions, employment coaching and professional immersions. Each participant receives support tailored to their situation, pace and objectives.

Support content
Individual interviews
Personalised assessment, professional project definition, action plan development, regular follow-up throughout the pathway.
Group workshops
Job search techniques, career discovery, digital skills, self-esteem, personal organisation.
Employment coaching
CV and cover letter writing, online applications, job interview preparation and simulation.
Professional immersions
Placements, Professional Environment Experience Periods (PMSMP), company visits and employer meetings.
Administrative support
Rights access assistance, mobility support, administrative support related to integration.
Target audience
RSA recipients referred by the Val-d'Oise Departmental Council, wishing to be supported in a remobilisation and professional integration dynamic.
