Action at the heart of learning

1. Philosophy of the program

An action-based, immersive method: language becomes an immediate work tool through French for Specific Purposes (FOS).

Job-Search Skills Workshops

CV writing and mock interviews used as material for written and oral production.

Field Network Approach

Direct immersion of learners (companies, job fairs) to interact publicly and decode recruiters' instructions.

"Role Model" Encounters

Exchanges with inspiring professionals to boost comprehension and break down psychological barriers.

Digital inclusion and AI

2. The technological foundation

Artificial Intelligence built into the smartphone as an individual language coach and reassurance tool:

Pocket syntax tutor

Real-time correction and validation of sentence structure in professional situations (site, workplace).

Writing assistant

Guided generation of professional email templates (applying for a job, justifying an absence).

Shield against isolation

Quick queries to instantly decode a safety sign, an ambiguous instruction, or handle an emergency.

Private practice space

Judgment-free daily practice to overcome fear of mistakes and accelerate level progression.

Flexibility and accessibility

3. The multi-channel ecosystem

Securing pathways against peripheral constraints (mobility, childcare):

The HyFlex method (Hybrid Flexible)

In-person classes simultaneously live-streamed to allow remote follow-up in case of a major unforeseen event.

The WhatsApp ecosystem

Supervised learning group for micro-learning (short videos, exercises) and continuous oral practice via voice messages.

The 4 pillars of the CLOE teaching method

For all three levels, sessions revolve around four pillars that precisely target the skills assessed on exam day:

01

Professional Immersion (FOS)

100% of materials (texts, audio, emails) are grounded in company life (customer relations, teamwork, safety instructions, digital tools).

02

Lexical and Syntactic Grounding

Automating job-specific vocabulary and key sentence structures to prevent fluency blockages.

03

Adaptive Written Training

Regular use of digital tools to familiarize learners with the CLOE written test format (adaptive multiple-choice that gets harder as the learner performs well).

04

Individual Oral Coaching

Systematic face-to-face simulations to prepare the posture, clarity, and spontaneity required in front of the CCI evaluator.

Well-being, immersion, and career discovery

4. Complementary anchoring

Cross-curricular modules focused on the reality of the job market:

Exploration and technical workshops

Discovery workshops for in-demand professions (administration, front desk, sales, logistics) to link language to professional gestures.

Economic immersion

Mix of on-site and virtual company visits to absorb French workplace culture.

Management encounters

Direct interviews with facility directors, HR managers, and active participation in recruitment fairs.

Posture and well-being workshops

Stress management, body language, and public speaking sessions to approach France Travail interviews with confidence.

5. Excellence, framework and certification

Quality guarantees of the organization

Supervision

Trainers with a minimum of a Master +2 degree, experts in language engineering.

Resource depth

A library of over 1,000 physical textbooks and 1,000 online resources (no rigid single-textbook approach).

Regulatory tracking

Full management of digital attendance sheets via Loop software (100% GDPR-compliant and audit-ready).

CCI-certified qualification

At the end of the program, learners' achievements are officially validated through the CLOE French as a Foreign Language (FLE) Certification, listed on the Specific Register (France Compétences). This exam includes an adaptive written assessment on a digital platform (grammar, vocabulary, comprehension) followed by a 15-minute individual oral interview with an approved evaluator. This certification allows each candidate's language proficiency level to be operationally assessed and attested according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Written test (50 questions – 45 min)

Adaptive online test measuring grammar, vocabulary, and written/oral comprehension.

Oral test (15 min)

A one-on-one exchange with a CCI network evaluator (questions, job-related role play, discussion) to assess fluency and interaction.

6. Target graduate profile

By the end of the program, the beneficiary presents an operational, modern profile:

Language & Posture

Mastery of technical vocabulary and relational codes for in-demand professions.

Digital

Independent use of office IT tools and mastery of AI technologies.

Professional

A profile enriched by field workshops, certified by an official CCI diploma, ready for direct workplace integration.
