In 2023, ABC Formation Unissons was mandated by the Val d’Oise Departmental Council to implement the service offer Mobilization towards activity and employment intended for RSA beneficiaries.
The action revolves around reinforced support towards employment which takes into account the needs, the obstacles of the people being referred and the expectations of local businesses.
The individualized path is offered, enriched by group workshops in order to remove peripheral barriers and promote the socio-professional empowerment of participants.
ABC's integration advisors implement action plans to create favorable conditions for the successful professional integration of beneficiaries according to the defined objectives.
- Employment objective: support with job search techniques, preparation of CVs and cover letters, online applications, follow-up on procedures, preparation for job interviews.
- Training objective: Develop a career plan, conduct a skills assessment, identify a profession, validate the plan through a company immersion, and prepare for entry into a qualifying training program.
- Autonomy objective: Access to rights (CAF, CSS, mobility, etc.), support in administrative procedures, development of digital and linguistic autonomy.
Thanks to this personalized program combining refresher workshops, digital skills development, job coaching, and company immersions, participants gain confidence, autonomy, and employability.
