Professional linguistic action financed by the PDIE
This project takes place in a context marked by the implementation of a new Departmental Employment Integration Program (PDIE) voted by the Departmental Assembly on March 31, 2023, for the period 2023-2027, which reflects the attention paid by the Department to Valois residents in precarious situations and far from employment.
It is therefore structured around five strategic objectives:
1. Promote the social and professional empowerment of individuals, by placing return to employment and activity at the heart of the development of integration pathways and the principles of individual and collective support.
2. Prevent entries and re-registrations in the RSA system, by opening up actions beyond RSA beneficiaries (young people, job seekers at the end of their allowance, support in employment, etc.).
3. Take into account the needs, expectations and skills expected of local businesses in terms of employment in the development of integration actions and pathways, by strengthening the links between economic players and professionals in socio-professional support.
4. Strengthen the integration offer for the benefit of people and businesses in Val d'Oise, by promoting the coherence and coordination of the efforts of the Department and its partners (State, Region, EPCI, sector stakeholders, training organizations, etc.).
5. Implement a demanding and effective departmental employment integration system, by developing the accountability of stakeholders, monitoring and continuous evaluation of actions.
Professional linguistic action pursues the objective of acquiring basic knowledge in French, in order to enable people to
• Be able to situate themselves in their social and economic environment.
• Build a realistic professional project.
• Give them rapid access to a professional situation which will be based in particular on common law jobs, subsidized contracts, practical internships accompanied by a training plan useful for the professional project.
