\nBASIC PROFESSIONAL SKILLS<\/h2>\n

Presentation of the system and its objectives<\/h3>\n

The training actions offered in the Basic Professional Skills program aim to increase the chances of integration and return to employment, particularly for people with significant language problems that represent a barrier to access to qualifying training and ultimately to their professional integration.<\/p>\n

They also concern people whose lack of qualifications or low level of qualifications does not allow them to find lasting employment and who need to acquire the basic skills necessary to build a professional project and integrate a qualifying\/professional training course or access employment.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this consultation is therefore the purchase of modular and individualised training actions focused on the development of basic skills in a professional situation intended for a public who encounter significant linguistic difficulties, including allophones or those in a situation of illiteracy.
\nThe courses followed and the skills developed contextualized in the professional world must allow beneficiaries to access qualifying, professionalizing training or employment.<\/p>\n

The training implemented aims to:<\/h3>\n

To enable the professional integration of people with language difficulties by acquiring the B1 language level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages \u200b\u200band basic skills with the aim of obtaining certification. In the event that this level is not achievable, it is a question of acquiring the maximum achievable language level according to the entry level and the trainee's dispositions.<\/p>\n

Consolidate\/develop a professional project with a view to accessing professional, pre-qualifying\/qualifying training, or employment<\/p>\n

The eligible public<\/h2>\n

Eligible audiences are:<\/h3>\n

Job seekers and job seekers with a PIC IFP or ND1 number with a language level below A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, regardless of their level of qualification.<\/p>\n

Job seekers and job seekers with a PIC IFP or ND1 number without qualifications or first levels of qualification according to the nomenclature published by decree no. 2019-14 relating to the national framework of professional certifications.<\/p>\n

Students monitored by missions to combat school dropout, subject to regional authorization<\/p>\n
